While the constant fall of snow seems never to seize and warmer times seems an eternity ahead, you can often find yourself dreaming away. For the moment my dream would be to experience spring in Boston, while staying at Clink, an old jail transformed into a luxury hotel. Don't you think the entrance looks magnificent? I'd love to stay there, if only for a few nights. They've kept certain features from the time when it was a jail, which I find only makes the place even more interesting.

Each season I eagerly await the new collection from Ralph Lauren Home and I have yet to be disappointed. The pictures above show two of my favourites this spring. Approaching warmer seasons I'm drawn to the cool colors of the sea and the sky. I never get tired of the blue and white combo and I love the new rustic look mixing patterns in blues, whites and reds.

Spring - When?

I heard today about the snow in Barcelona, Spain. What is this, will we ever get a new season? It seems all of Europe is experiencing this extreme winter and the spring suddenly feels light years away... At least in this bloggy blog world we can share some inspiration for upcoming seasons.

I know the Twilight movies have hit it big with audiences all over the world and I admit I'm a fan of the romantic story myself. But who knew a wedding inspired by the Twilight saga could be this stunning. It's absolutely stunning, I love it!

The sun is up and the sky is blue, another wonderful day is about to begin. But isn't it just a mystery how the weekends seem to fly by? I'll try to make the best of what's left, so that I don't find myself desperately longing for the next one when I get to see my cherie again. I love to incorporate industrial elements in the home decor and I think this has been done very well by MdM in the photos above.

I know it's been an eternity since I last put up a new post, but now I'm finally back. Due to problems with my Internet connection and some lack of inspiration I decided to let my blog rest for almost three months. Now, however I'm filled with inspiration and with my new Internet connection I expect less problems than before.

Here in Sweden the snow has been overwhelming this winter, hence it feels fantastic to be inspired by all the new spring collections from Lexington, Riviera Maison, Restoration Hardware, Ralph Lauren, Gant and the likes.

Maisons du Monde has been one of my favourites for a long time and I recently discovered that they had updated their homepage with several wonderful news.
